How do you charge for small jobs?
I typically price work by the project rather than by the hour. I’ll review the work, provide an estimate, and agree on the price with you before getting started. If the scope changes along the way, I’ll communicate that clearly and discuss any additional costs before moving forward.
What kinds of work won't you do?
I specialize in small to medium-sized residential projects—the kind of work that needs a skilled contractor but doesn’t necessarily require a large construction company. I also take on smaller repairs and punch lists. If you have a project in mind, send me what you’re looking to have done, and we can go from there.
Do you supply the materials?
Yes, in most cases I supply the materials needed for the project and include them in the estimate. This helps ensure the right products are being used and installed according to manufacturer guidelines. For items where your preference matters—such as doors, windows, fixtures, or finishes—I’ll work with you on the selection before ordering.
